ERROR: マクロ変数名 ・ に英文字、数字、下線 (_) 以外の文字が使用されています。
WARNING: 記号参照 ・を展開していません。

ERROR: マクロ変数名 ・ に英文字、数字、下線 (_) 以外の文字が使用されています。
ERROR: Symbolic variable name ・ must contain only letters, digits, and underscores.

WARNING: 記号参照 ・を展開していません。
WARNING: Apparent symbolic reference ・ not resolved.

These errors occur only with SAS 9.2 software that is localized for Japanese. This problem does not occur with the following editions:

• SAS 9.2 English
• SAS 9.2 English DBCS and Unicode support
• SAS 9.2 Chinese
• SAS 9.1 Japanese

The errors do not prevent you from starting SAS, but you will be unable to successfully migrate to SAS 9.2 when these errors are present. In addition, when you use OLE automation with SAS software that is localized for Japanese, error messages might appear in the SAS log even if there is nothing wrong.
